Job Description

The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building relationships with candidates, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. The Recruitment Consultant will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver qualified candidates promptly.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree Holder Driven, and Sales Oriented. Ambitious, Mature and Self Motivated. Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment (preferably from a Recruitment Agency) Able to work under pressure to achieve Sales Target Excellent spoken and written communication in English Able to work individually as well as a team player

Responsibilities:

Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to source potential candidates. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Manage the recruitment database and keep accurate records of candidate interactions. Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information on the company, role, and expectations. Collect feedback from both clients and candidates post-interview. Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates. Prepare and extend job offers. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
