Job Summary

As a

Junior Recruitment Consultant,

you will support end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, client coordination, and basic business development tasks. This role is suitable for someone who is energetic, coachable, and eager to develop a career in recruitment and consulting.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday:

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

First Saturday of every month:

8:30 AM - 12:30 PM (half-day)

Key Responsibilities Candidate Management

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Conduct phone screening to assess candidate fit, motivations, and availability. Arrange interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate records and updates in the tracking system.

Client Support

Assist consultants in understanding client hiring needs. Coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates. Prepare candidate summaries, profiles, and reporting documents.

Business Development Support

Assist in identifying potential clients through research and mapping. Conduct basic outreach to prospects when required (email, WhatsApp, or calls). Support in preparing proposals or presentations.

General

Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with company standards. Provide timely updates to senior consultants on job progress. Participate in training and development sessions to improve your skills.
