• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates, ensuring they meet the basic qualifications for the positions available.
• Organize and coordinate interview schedules, making sure all parties involved are well-informed and prepared.
• Gain valuable exposure by actively participating in interviews, assessing candidates\' suitability for various roles.
• Assist in the onboarding process to help new employees transition seamlessly into their roles.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and their recruitment needs are understood.
• Engage in business development activities such as cold calling and telemarketing to attract new clients and expand our network.
• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their hiring requirements and match them with qualified and suitable talents.

Requirements:

• You are a target and goal-driven individual, committed to achieving recruitment objectives.
• A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn are essential qualities we are looking for in a candidate.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must.
• Knowledge of Mandarin will be considered an added advantage.
• A minimum of a degree in any discipline is required, and no prior experience in recruitment is necessary as we offer comprehensive training and mentorship.
