- Building new business through cold-calling and emailing.
- Ensuring to have a good understanding of client companies, key elements and their sectors of the working environment and cultures.
- Publishing job postings, screening candidates, creating a shortlist, and holding face-to-face interviews.
- Providing candidates and clients with market and recruitment assistance.
