• To source, identify, and assess talents in the market for suitable positions, pro-actively developing leads and developing candidate pools within their respective market streams.
• To match the requirements with candidates in the company database and search talents through different job portals, social media, and other platforms.
• To build, maintain, and enhance relationship with both candidates and clients.
• Work closely with the recruitment consultant team for concept development in Hong Kong and execution.
• To engage in business development activities, develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• To provide professional career advices and solutions to both candidates and clients in a professional manner.
• To be kept abreast of employment trends and market news.

Job Requirements:

• STPM and above
• At least 2 years of office working experience.
• Preferably to have experience as a HR/ Recruitment Researcher/ IT Recruiter.
• Preferably to have working experience in Recruitment agency/ Programming Company/ IT Company.
• Familiar with office tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must.
• Able speak & read in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (this role requires to work closely with clients in Hong Kong).
