The job description of an administrative and operation intern typically includes:
Coordinate the entire recruitment process including screening, interview, selection and orientation (Executive and senior level recruitment)
written and verbal communication
Learning administrative, operation and customer service skills
Providing support to staff members in other departments as needed
Collaborating with other members of the team.
Performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents into an electronic system, and
making copies of documents
Assisting in the design and implementation of new procedures to create and file records
efficiently
Ability to multitask as and when required.
General/Other administrative duties as required.
Job Requirements
Willing to work in SS15, Subang Jaya (Nearby LRT: LRT SS15)
High school diploma/ degree in marketing, business admin or similar may be required.
Able to communicate with English, Bahasa Melayu.
Basic knowledge in Microsoft office (Words, Excel, etc.) is required.
Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
