Position: Recruitment Administrator

Amethyst Partners is an established talent solution provider in the Asia Pacific region. As we continue to expand across region, we are looking for reliable and responsible team mates to join us! The position is based in Johor Bahru.

Job Responsibilities:
1/ Provide research support to the recruitment process.
2/ Assist Recruiters with effective and timely assignment delivery.
3/ Conduct research to identify suitable candidates based on the requirements of certain role/ position.
4/ Assist in the keeping track of project status and scheduling.
5/ Maintenance of database and other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Professional Degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of working / intern experience
  • Good organizational skills and positive learning attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Additional languages (Mandarin / Cantonese) would be a value-add.
