Amethyst Partners is an established talent solution provider in the Asia Pacific region. We provide specialised recruitment solution to the financial industry. Headquartered in Singapore, Amethyst Partners has offices in Hong Kong, Malaysia and India. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Consultants with effective and timely assignment delivery.
• To undertake executive research and candidate management activities.
• Building relationships with candidates and keeping track of their career goals and progress.
• Approach suitable candidates and screened against agreed competencies and criteria for each project.
• Assist in coordination of activities such as interview arrangements and other events.
• Maintain database and other ad-hoc assignments.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master Degree in any field
• At least 1 - 3 year of working/internship experience
• Good communication skills in English (Verbal & Written)
• Additional languages (Chinese Mandarin / Cantonese) is a strong plus
• A team-player who values growth and progression
• Candidates from other industries but keen for recruitment career are welcome
• Fresh grads with positive learning attitude are welcome

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Benefits:
