Job Description

What you will do:

• Monitor, evaluate, investigate, and respond to disputes received by various bank

• To determine whether to accept or reject the dispute

• Prepare evidence for chargeback re-presentment to the bank

• Effectively resolve all disputes in an accurate and timely manner

• To maintain proper records for the chargeback handling

• To perform necessary checking, verification, and investigation for all dispute cases

• To check and attend to the emails received related to payment status

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree or Higher in Finance, or a related field

• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Good command of English spoken and written, able to communicate

• Able to work under pressure

• Able to start work immediately

• Fresh Grad or 1/2 years experience handling credit card chargeback disputes

• Background in Visa/Master card association chargeback handling cycle is an added advantage
