What you will do:1. Monitor, evaluate, investigate, and respond to disputes received by various bank2. To determine whether to accept or reject the dispute3. Prepare evidence for chargeback re-presentment to the bank4. Effectively resolve all disputes in an accurate and timely manner5. To maintain proper records for the chargeback handling6. To perform necessary checking, verification, and investigation for all dispute cases7. To check and attend to the emails received related to payment statusQualifications:1. Bachelor\'s Degree or Higher in Finance, or a related field2. Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills3. Good command of English spoken and written, able to communicate4. Able to work under pressure5. Able to start work immediately6. Fresh Grad or 1/2 years experience handling credit card chargeback disputes7. Background in Visa/Master card association chargeback handling cycle is an added advantage
