The New Business Units (NBU) division comprises some of the most exciting and enterprising teams at Ninja Van. Building on Ninja Van's existing capabilities, we experiment with new ideas to develop innovative products and services that enhance our core business and help us serve our clients, partners and end-customers better.

We are looking for a Regional Strategy Associate to support Ninja Van's Fulfilment vertical across our key SEA markets. As part of the Regional Fulfilment team, you will be involved in operationalising new capabilities and solutions, building and implementing best-in-class systems and processes, overseeing day-to-day operational performance, and leading the drive towards cost and operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of warehouse processes and adherence to agreed SLAs
• Build analytical frameworks and tracking mechanisms / dashboards to analyze performance, identify problems and drive improvements
• Share responsibility for cost and operational performance with country operations teams, and drive improvement through optimisation of resource planning, allocation and efficiency of usage
• Conduct in-depth, data-driven review of processes to optimise end-to-end warehouse operations processes to achieve cost and efficiency improvements
• Build end-to-end efficient and scalable warehouse operations flows, including layout plans, processes and SOPs
• Scope and build operational requirements and processes for launch of new initiatives, including B2C fulfilment
• Execute launch of fulfillment vertical in new markets
• Other task or projects as may be required

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related Sciences
• 2-5 years of relevant experience with exposure to warehousing and fulfilment operations
• Strong understanding of Warehouse Management and Order Management Systems (WMS/OMS)
• Proven track record of successfully delivering on cross-functional initiatives involving multiple markets and stakeholders
• Highly analytical, with a structured and data-driven approach to problem solving
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
