SUMMARY OF THE ROLE The Regional Brand Manager - Powder Coatings is responsible in the region for powder coatings by building in-depth knowledge and understanding of the customer needs, requirements and the market situation, leading to achieve profitable growth and materialising innovations solving customer needs in accordance with segment and category strategies/budget. This position will be reporting to the Regional Category Manager - Powder and will be based in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, Selangor. Responsibilities Develop, manage, and implement the region\'s short-term and long-term marketing activities for the assigned category to achieve the key performance indicators in terms of innovation growth, brand development, brand profitability, and financial targets. Ensure that the positioning of assigned products in the region is in line with Regional and Corporate guidelines by following up on brand strategies and positioning to drive the profitable growth of the assigned products. Identify relevant new opportunities within the brand strategy by initiating new ideas for the assigned products to drive profitable growth. Support the innovation project team in the region by planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities to ensure that the project achieves desired results within the agreed schedule. Operate within the agreed expenditure set by Jotun\'s business strategy. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree with minimum 4 - 6 years\' of relevant experience required. Preferably have experience and knowledge in Marketing. Proficient with Microsoft Office Must be proficient in verbal and written English. Strong communication and influencing skills. Ability to travel within the region when required.
