Regional Commercialization Project Manager (fmcg)

Job Description
The Regional Commercialisation Project Manager will manage the NPI of all new product launches for the region by working closely with R&D, Marketing, Operation, Product Supply and etc.
- Manage and launch multiple projects at the same time with adherence to the regulations, demand and market needs
- Lead and execute all product related changes, both in terms of product and packaging in cooperation with R&D, Product Supply, Operation, Marketing and etc to ensure each project delivered according to project scope time and cost from inception till launch
- Ensure transparency of project process, risks and mitigation strategies
- Monitor and report KPIs
- Promote a positive and collaborative working environment between all departments
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholders to ensure NPI projects are completed within timelin
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications;
- Bachelor\'s Degree and 7 years of more of experience in increasingly broader technical/operational/supply chain roles with a demonstrated track record of achievement
- Previous experience working for a global, highly matrixed, FMCG organization
- Experience coordinating a cross functional team to achieve a goal
- Strong communication skills
- PMP or Prince 2 certificate
- Strong regional project management skills
- Opportunity to travel within the region >50%
