Job Description
We are assisting our reputable MNC Client to look for potentials who has the experience in managing Regional Corporate Communications and CSR initiatives to join their team in Puchong, Bandar Puteri office
- Salary between RM9,000.00 to RM15,000.00 / mth
- Must be willing to work under Hybrid arrangements (3 days office, 2 days home)

As a Regional Comms & CSR Officer in internal communications, you will be responsible for the following tasks (Supporting the Asia Group Operations - Philippines, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand):
- Providing advice and support to the leadership team and management with regards to their role as communicators and with regards to all internal communication activities.
- Responsible for defining the internal communications strategy including the relevant communications plan and concept in the context of the global communication strategy.
- Responsible for maintaining the regional communications tools and producing engaging content (intranet, weekly newsletter, communications toolkit for managers, events)
- Cooperating on a needs and project-related basis with local, regional and global colleagues with regards to internal communications activities
- Contributing to global communications activities
- Define and implement employee engagement activities.
- Manages family day, annual dinner, lunch and learn lesson, town halls, staff recognition, e-newsletter, on-boarding, survey outcomes, diversity.
