Job Title Regional Facilities Management Lead
Summary The Regional Facility Lead provides facility management leadership to a dynamic real estate portfolio (10 countries) included in the SEA & Oceania Region. This position serves as the point person for the local client in order to foster and maintain excellent customer relationships. The Regional Facility Lead provides leadership to Cushman & Wakefield team supporting the regional portfolio, including the hiring, performance management and support required to ensure success.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Lead region in terms of all IFM/Transition/Transformation strategies as part of APAC/Global rollout, as well as tracking progress to ensure success.
Develop positive, service driven relationships with clients and local management. Act proactively in client management; promptly respond to problem and concerns that are recurring or of a sensitive nature.
Having regular meetings with Client & CW stakeholders to ensure operational goals are met, with a view to understand and mitigate risks/issues.
Interface closely with the client and customers, as well as CW team to understand requirements and provide effective solutions and recommendations.
Guide in-country teams to lead and control critical/office/manufacturing space to ensure operations continue unimpeded.
Manage and oversee building / facilities management contracts to ensure that the service delivery and contractual obligations are delivered and executed in a manner that fosters and achieves customer satisfaction.
Align sub-contractors\xe2\x80\x99 performance with C&W MSA with local FM team for all services associated with operations, custodial, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, grounds, snow removal, painting and other duties as assigned,
Liaise with site landlord/property manager in case of escalations from local teams; demonstrate familiarity with lease terms to ensure landlord responsibilities are completed promptly and at no cost to client.
Liaise with APAC/Global team to assist with Implementation of initiatives to ensure that best practices are achieved in every aspect of service delivery with focus on client satisfaction, cost, and quality. This includes regular meeting cadence with internal C&W and Ericsson stakeholders.
Ensure that all predictive and preventive maintenance programs are in place by in country FM/AFM for all locations and review / monitor effectiveness to maximize efficiency and minimize maintenance and energy costs.
Assist to Execute and manage facilities management projects / initiatives as assigned by the client.
Manage & track safety / routine inspections completed by FM/AFM on general facilities of the client office to ensure office facilities and equipment are operating at optimum level. Work closely with the relevant SME teams.
Initiate and implement sustainability strategies and processes as they pertain to the built environment for respective regions.
Assist in finalization of request for proposal (RFP), technical specification, and scope of work for contract renewal and tender of facility management services.
Oversee & evaluate contractors/ suppliers / vendors in compliance with client\xe2\x80\x99s purchasing policies and procedures and conduct periodic review of contractors / suppliers / vendors performance.
Ensure operation and oversight of FAMIS 360 work order management and YARDI accounting system within specified SLA\xe2\x80\x99s.
Supervise a team of facilities onsite staff to provide high quality day-to-day management of the portfolio. Evaluate staff performance; identify staff strengths/weaknesses and implement training as required.
Review monitor and control overall expenditures and performance of operating budget / accounts. Ensure proper oversight of financial reports in accordance with client requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, monthly accruals, variance reports, forecasting, and invoice approval and management
Provide & Present reports including management report, as well as contribute to all reporting initiatives for APAC/Global teams.

Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to build strong teams from diverse backgrounds
Experience in critical environments maintenance and management is required
Minimum 10 years of working experience in facility/property management
University degree required
Experience in managing term contractors and minor project works
Excellent analytical skills with problem solving aptitude
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
