Job Description


As the Regional HR Director, you will work alongside the Regional GM to lead the HR function across SEA and South Asia. This covers various sections including but not limited to Organisational Development, Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance Management, C&B, Engagement, Facilities and Compliance.

  • Guide the development of programs to promote a healthy working environment that contribute positively to staff morale and productivity.
  • Drives and supports the implementation of employee engagement initiatives within SEA.
  • Develop and maintain employee policies, processes and practices that support high standards and professionalism, align with the local employment legislation and core values.
  • Work closely with the Corporate HRIS department to review and evaluate HR programs, systems, and procedures in SEA to ensure relevance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive the talent planning process and evaluates workforce requirements to meet ongoing business objectives of the region.
  • In partnership with business leaders, conduct training-needs analysis to prioritise development and training requirements for critical positions.
  • Drive and manage the development and implementation of performance management practices and approaches, adopting best-practice standards and Group guidelines.

Be a key regional leader within an industry-leader with huge social impact|Lead and develop the workforce of a large region
  • At least 5-7 years in Senior Management roles within Human Resources, with a background as a HR Generalist.
  • Experienced in a regional role within Asia. Being based abroad is advantageous.
  • Experienced in handling internal and external stakeholders across various levels.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Experienced in working in a complex multinational matrix organisation. Additional experience in a start-up setting is advantageous.
  • Able to travel to various sites/offices/locations throughout the assigned region.
