The Regional Internal Communications Manager\'s mission is to keep the people informed and engaged by putting culture, performance and collaboration at the centre of the activities, so they can perform at their best every single day. They also look after the employer branding, by bringing Employee Value Proposition to life externally.On a day-to-day, you will work closely with the global people communications team, the regional Marketing Business Partners and APAC Leadership team. You will work on a wide range of topics that matter to the people across the organisation. You\'ll be responsible for the adoption of the global internal comms channels across the region, deploying and tailoring global campaigns to APAC market needs, and translating business needs into relevant communication plans. Next to your internal communication scope, you\'ll also be responsible for the execution of the employer brand campaigns. With your experience and expertise, you\'ll also be able to partner with senior leaders to advise them on tone of voice, narrative and comms approach to land initiatives and messages that support their objectivess
