Job Description


Role Purpose (based in either Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, or Manila) - Lead and direct the organization and implementation of facilities management and programs in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and country where you are based in. May include Australia and New Zealand. - Manage outsourced IFM vendor and advise business leaders on facilities policies, procedures and other related matters, ensuring performance and financials are achieved Key Responsibilities - Accountable for the facilities operations and customer satisfaction in the aforesaid countries. Allocate resources and prioritize tasks - Provide management oversights and aligned objectives to the respective outsourced IFM vendor in the aforesaid countries - Develop and maintain effective relationship with outsourced IFM vendor and internal customers - Ensure statutory/regulatory compliance requirements are adhered and operational resiliency in the facilities under your care - Contribute to ongoing refinement and development of operational requirement and standards - Lead key projects / programs / activities and provide management bandwidth within the organization Technical / Professional Skills & Competencies Problem solving and conflict resolution Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills, detail and customer service orientation Influence skills necessary to manage within the business, stakeholders and vendor contacts Microsoft office intermediate proficiency Strong leadership skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent problem management, troubleshooting and analytical skills Accustomed to working under pressure in a demanding environment Strong analytical and presentation skills Certification / Education Preferably BS/MS/MBA in fields such as business, facilities or related Professional Experience Preferably at least 10-year experience in running facility operations within a portfolio of locations that may be geographically dispersed Supervisory experience with supervisory and non-supervisory level personnel Intermediate proficiency in understanding of property and facilities planning including leased and owned properties Budgetary and supervisory responsibility Behavioural Competencies Focusing on Customers Championing Innovation Driving Results Thinking Globally At LSEG, we believe that creating a diverse and inclusive organisation is fundamental to the way we deliver on our promise of creating essential partnerships and open opportunities.
