Key Responsibilities : Own the plan for all marketing activity in APAC region, aligning objectives and the priorities with the global practice marketing and the regional business and sales priorities and opportunities. Deliver and execute against the plan together with the Regional Marketing Assistant, while taking advantage of the global marketing team framework, assets, and resources. Develop and own the relationships and alignment with regional business stakeholders and sales team. Create and execute integrated multichannel B2B campaigns as a key part of the plan. Utilize thought leadership, events, webinars, email and social media marketing in the marketing campaigns based on the goals, target audience and other aspects. Measure, analyze, and report the campaign results to senior stakeholders. Drive and foster a culture that emphasizes continuous improvement, and efficiency. Manage APAC regional marketing budget and spend. Develop a deep understanding of TMF Group services and its clients. Key Requirements: 6+ years relevant marketing work experience in a B2B services industry. Experience in campaign execution across the full marketing spectrum, including utilizing the channels such as social media, email, digital advertising, events, and webinars. Understanding of the thought leadership content creation process and its utilization in marketing campaigns. Proficient in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, while demonstrating exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to prioritize and communicate the priorities, plans, progress, and results to senior leadership. Strive for understanding of the markets, target audience and TMF Group services. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems. Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be a plus. University degree
