You will join our local marketing experts team in Malaysia. You will focus on driving the regional marketing strategy and designing 360 campaign briefs to support strategic growth plans. You will work on various products and projects with professionals with different skill sets who support each other in delivering impactful results. You are also required to perform these job functions: \xe2\x80\xa2 Support country directors in developing regional commercial strategy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop regional marketing strategies in line with the regional commercial strategy and propose plans to achieve commercial goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create clear event and campaign briefs to develop an upper funnel, acquisition, and tactical CRM for retailers and partners, as well as regional campaigns designed to reach the country\'s commercial objectives and maximize portfolio exposure for the brand. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with the Regional Marketing department to effectively address business needs and provide guidance as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Request research and analysis on regional market trends and competitors and translate the findings into new campaigns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with the Compliance department to identify new opportunities for regional marketing and ensure all briefed campaigns and marketing content are compliant. \xe2\x80\xa2 Report on KPIs and campaign performance weekly and monthly, gain insights, and identify opportunities for improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute to post-campaign analysis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor regional marketing spending and ensure it contributes to the achievement of objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Become the point of contact and trusted representative for marketing at regional forums, helping to build strong relationships in marketing and across the company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create quarterly and annual campaign plans and coordinate them with the Marketing Planning team to maintain a global campaign calendar. Who are we looking for? \xe2\x80\xa2 4 years experience as a regional marketing manager or in a similar marketing role, with experienced handling IPBS (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh regions) as the business is planning a heavy expansion in the abovementioned markets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, finance, or another related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in creating detailed 360 campaign briefs \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working with online and offline media channels. Familiarity with the media channels in IPBS regions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience working with marketing tools and software, such as CRM solutions \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of best practices in digital marketing \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail \xe2\x80\xa2 Problem-solving approach and experience working with stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to manage time and resources effectively \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to use advanced English and Hindi for different work and business purposes, with any other language being an advantage Who is TDCX?
