Job Description


  • Responsible for designing and implementing training programs to enhance retail staff performance and customer experience across multiple markets.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of brand standards, driving sales, and fostering a culture of excellence in retail operations.
  • Develop comprehensive training plans and materials to meet store training needs and enhance team professionalism.
  • Adapt training content and methods to suit different cultural contexts for effective implementation.
  • Organize and execute training programs, including onboarding, sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
  • Provide continuous training support to improve store staff performance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align training with company strategy and goals.
  • Manage the training team, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and talent development.

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of retail training experience.
  • Proficiency in English as a working language; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

  • Willingness to work flexibly, including frequent travel and adapting to diverse environments.
