The Regional Sales Manager will report directly to the CEO.

-Motivate and Manage the sales teams in Malaysia and Singapore to meet agreed targets

-Own the overall regional target and work with the Sales Teams, Consulting Services and Managed Services Teams to discover strategies to win deals

-Work with our principals, such as, Microsoft, Amazon, Google and others to build strong partnerships and close relationships

-Attend all partnership rhythms and meetings for pipeline identification

-Create strategic plans to meet targets with the team

-Build relationships with key customers

-Assist the sales teams in decision making

-Create relevant analytical dashboards and reports to the team and management to understand the sales numbers and gaps

-Work with the management team to grow and drive the business

-Work with the sales team to develop and deploy account strategies which are to include, but not limited to, calls, e-mails, visits, etc.

-Work with the Consulting team for technical requirements and proposals, where necessary

-Work with Finance for team commission approvals and all management related activities

-Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.

-Track and maintain customer relationships and accounts through internal CRM systems

-Be diligent in updating our CRM as the main truth

-Work with marketing to perform lead generation activities and events

-Continuously update skill sets on product knowledge for all product line

-Train Sales team and update the Sales Playbooks.

Business Conduct: Our 4 Lines of Businesses

-Enterprise IT Consulting, focused in cloud infrastructure adoption on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform

-Managed Services, focused on supporting customers in the area of technologies such as System Center, Hyper-V, Azure and Microsoft 365

-Data Integration and AI Development

-Security Implementation Services

The Regional Sales Manager role will be focused on managing the sales team and owning the sales targets for all line of businesses in the listed order. The sole objective of this role is to bring in new consulting business based on our existing billable rate structure to ensure profitability.

The Regional Sales Manager will have access to our CRM database of existing customers and will be required to update and maintain data within CRM together with the team

Leads will be provided through contacts from Microsoft, through our web site, from events and from partners, however, the sales team is required to hunt and generate leads.

Other requirements:

-Enjoys managing people and have strong empathy

-Loves to motivate others and have good communication skills to manage the team and engage with customers

-Preferably have been in a Sales Management position before

-Preferably have knowledge in Cloud and/or Microsoft/AWS/Google technologies before

-Understand what it takes to perform Consultative Selling methodology to uncover pain points, identify customer budget, timeline, decision making processes, and create buying vision with customer.

-At least five (5) years of prior sales-related experience.

-Have experienced selling to IT Managers or Business Owners in the Corporate and Enterprise space

-Must have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and demonstrate a high level of personal ethics and integrity.

-Experience in driving the adoption of new technologies and solutions preferred.

-Able to work in a diverse team and in an innovative and dynamic environment.

-Proficient with Microsoft Office products, in particular, Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

-Excellent communications, interpersonal skills and customer focused

-Ability to travel when required
