?Benefit:
• Salary : 4,500-5,500RM
• Allowance : 200RM or 400RM (depend on the shift)

????Requirements:
• Able to work 24/7 shift
• Able to relocate in Malaysia
• Bachelor degree in any field
• Thai Speaker with good communication in English.
• 2 years experienced in Customer service or Sale
 
????Job description:
• Monitor the status of his/her Book of Business ( “BoB”). Communicate with advertisers in time when unusual spend fluctuation happens to defend revenue or discover new growth opportunity
• Analyze performance of priority accounts (problematic or top-tier advertiser?and
create optimization actions. Optimization goals include:
• Account up-selling
• General creative tips and best practices
• Bidding/Budget/targeting recommendations
• Communicate budget increase with advertisers and encourage them to increase
investment on advertising using Client’s platforms
• Able to identify high-value opportunities and low-hanging fruit
• Tier BoB and apply different approaches to manage advertisers of each tier to drive
revenue
• Communicate effectively with advertisers and Client’s internal stakeholders (ads review,
finance, product etc.) to achieve good customer experience
• Collaborate with Client’s internal resources (POC/Data/self-service project manager/Ads
platform/Ads delivery/Sales CRM platform) to support Client’s to develop product features/tools/delivery/account management strategy that empower SMB customers and enhance work efficiency of Client Solution Specialists by providing the advice
• Answer advertiser questions online; provide account setup guidance and simple optimization suggestions for high-potential advertisers through inbound and outbound
calls, as well as reach out to problematic advertisers via telephone to provide solutions
• Daily management of target SMB customers advertising on Client’s platforms, provide
account optimization advice to advertisers by telephone and email to increase
advertisement.
