We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Manager to lead and stabilize their service team. This role is crucial for bringing stability and driving growth in their service business, ultimately enhancing overall business prospects in the region.Job Overview:As the Technical Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing the service business across various regional markets in Southeast Asia. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage the existing team, streamline operations, and unlock new revenue opportunities.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 6 service members, ensuring stability and high performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the service business across Southeast Asia.
• Oversee technical operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical needs and providing solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Report on service performance, market insights, and business developments to senior management.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior technical management role, preferably within the foodservice/clean solution sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable plans.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.
• Familiarity with the Southeast Asia market is a plus.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
