KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for understanding transport processes across all the ZP markets and uses that understanding to design standard processes to optimize productivity, efficiency and costs. Partners with key stakeholders to enable processes with systems, tools and people capability. Collaborates with the different markets to ensure effective change management in implementing standard processes and systems. Maintains effective management and administration, including proper documentation and maintenance of the transport quality management system. Supports the markets in diagnosing transport problems and implementing effective solutions Communicates with keys stakeholders on a timely and accurate basis such as regional leadership teams, market transport teams and transport vendors/service providers as well as technical consultants and partners. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in business or engineering 5 to 8 years managing a transportation department of a distribution company or a large manufacturing organization that does their own distribution and transport with a large product range servicing multiple channels 1 - 2 years experience handling different countries as well as senior level stakeholders.
