Position purpose:

Reporting to Regional Visual Merchandising Senior Manager. This role will play an important role to take care and be accountable of the assigned portfolio from a visual merchandising perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for VM displays at the counter level through review, validate the forecast planning and ordering Point of Sales Material, Makeup Grids, and support local production of lightbox transparencies and regional tools for the markets
• Understand practical needs of on counter visual merchandising to maximize product exposure and to optimize sales potential, so to develop the regional product launch plan.

• Lead all installation & implementation of Visual guidelines in all stores with collaboration with the local market teams
• Co-lead the new door opening Visual Merchandising displays with the local market. Check with the quality of the hard merchandising aligned with the standard of the brand
• Support and validate the product launch animation and events from the local markets and guide the local contractors to comply with the guideline and implement with good quality
• Frequent travelling is required to support key project implementation and market visit
• Propose in-store improvements based on competition observation. Having a thirst for learning about VM Operations & report best practices.

• Exhibiting a hands-on and action-oriented mindset in operational tasks.

• At least 5-8 years of relevant Visual Merchandising experience in retail industry.
• Diploma candidates with Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or any design-related field.

• Interested in learning and applying marketing and VM strategies behind brand-production building.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud/ Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Corel Draw.
• Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUp, and VRay rendering is an advantage.
• Strong project management skill and being able work on multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks
