Job Description
: Take responsibilities to manage dispute cases from key regulators, such as Food and Drug Administration, Thai Industrial Standards Institute, Police and etc Drive the dispute resolution by understanding business practices and analyzing key relevant factors to propose company\'s position statements/ standpoints which are in accordance with the law and industry standards Oversee the resolution process and follow up with parties involves to ensure that the dispute has been resolved satisfactorily Drive the assessment and development of current control measures e.g. product listing policy to ensure regulatory compliance while promoting business growth Serve as a liaison with external organizations on regulatory matters to achieve optimum balance between adhering to legal standards and pursuing company\'s directions Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field Proven ability to analyze complicated information and make sound judgment Can-do attitude, flexible, and eager for learning and challenges Strong project management skills with an analytical mindset Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities in Thai and English
