To ensure the regulatory compliance of business activities with relevant local law and regulations and upkeep the changes.
To assist in cascading the knowledge of regulatory compliance and regulatory objectives and targets to all departments.
To update and review the Material Master and ensure accuracy and up-to-date documentation.
To ensure products are distributed in compliance with legislation in aspects of products, Environment, Safety and Health.
To outline requirements for labelling, storage and packaging.
To assist in regulatory interactions with regulatory agencies, including preparation of the required documents or reports.
To support sales and marketing department by providing product regulatory compliance support.
To assist in updating and maintaining ISO related requirements.
To participate and work closely with all departments in process improvement and identification of best practices recommendation and implementation thereof.
Requirements:
Possess a Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or its equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of working experience in Chemical industry or related field.
Meticulous, possess positive attitude and excellent follow-up skill.
Able to work under pressure and with great sense of urgency.
Registered pharmacist is added advantage.
Knowledge in Quality Management System is added advantage.
