Job Description

Responsibilities:

• To ensure the regulatory compliance of business activities with relevant local law and regulations and upkeep the changes.
• To assist in cascading the knowledge of regulatory compliance and regulatory objectives and targets to all departments.
• To update and review the Material Master and ensure accuracy and up-to-date documentation.
• To ensure products are distributed in compliance with legislation in aspects of products, Environment, Safety and Health.
• To outline requirements for labelling, storage and packaging.
• To assist in regulatory interactions with regulatory agencies, including preparation of the required documents or reports.
• To support sales and marketing department by providing product regulatory compliance support.
• To assist in updating and maintaining ISO related requirements.
• To participate and work closely with all departments in process improvement and identification of best practices recommendation and implementation thereof.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in Chemical industry or related field.
• Meticulous, possess positive attitude and excellent follow-up skill.

• Able to work under pressure and with great sense of urgency.
• Registered pharmacist is added advantage.
• Knowledge in Quality Management System is added advantage.
