Property Sales: Sell company's residential and commercial properties and achieve sales targets.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Property Presentation and Consultation: Conduct property viewings, answer client questions, and guide them through the purchasing process.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competition, identify sales opportunities.
Contract Handling: Assist clients with signing sales contracts and ensure smooth transactions.
Sales Reporting: Regularly report sales progress and client feedback to management.
Customer Service: Provide post-sale support and address client concerns.
Job Requirement:
Education: SPM, Diploma or higher in Real Estate or related fields preferred.
Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience, real estate experience is a plus.
Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills, able to build relationships with clients. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage
Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills to meet sales targets.
Market Knowledge: Basic understanding of the real estate market and relevant regulations.
Customer Service: Focus on customer needs and providing excellent service.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, Canva
and CapCut.
Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
Team Player: Good team collaboration skills and able to work with other departments.
Flexibility: Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Mobility: Willing to travel and station at different sales galleries as required by superior
Commitment: Required to attend meetings and training sessions at the headquarters.
