The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.

Your new responsibilities

• Responsible for Reliability tests (biased, soak), visual Inspection process with semi-auto VI microscope, optical and electrical properties using probers, ESD tests, support Rel lab activities.
• Perform daily process performance monitoring, reliability failure verification during operation, data and results analysis and update of test status.
• Perform installation, set up and commissioning for reliability equipment to support new product REL testing. To carry out chamber verification activities prior release reliability equipment for operation.
• Involvement in continuous improvement of Reliability processes (Measurement Visual Inspection) to support new product and reliability techniques and applications.
• KPI : REL timeliness, no qualification fail due to Rel handling.
• To involve in the operation and safety of the laboratory and ensure all activities are carried out according to safety manual procedures that comply with standard.
• Involvement in laboratory sustaining activities (ISO/IEC 17025).

What we look for

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering, science principles or equivalent.
• At least with 3 years working experience in laboratory operation environment.
• Experience in laboratories accreditation MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
• Knowledge and experience in set-up new program for Auto Visual Inspection (AVI) Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) test.
• Experience in SAP system and handling Reliability test equipment would be an added advantage.
• Highly organized, self-driven way of working.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of employees.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
