Reports To: Operations Manager

Objective: To be the single point of accountability for the relocating transferee and our clients, as well as

our internal stakeholders, and to ensure a smooth and seamless relocation for the transferee

and family. The Relocation Consultant is the individual solely responsible and accountable as the

program manager for the transferee\xe2\x80\x99s file.

Responsibilities:

In-house role with responsibilities as the program manager to include:

Forward thinking - proposing options and solutions at all times to internal and external stakeholders

Client facing:

i. Oversee the overall relocation and expatriation process (visa, temporary accommodation, orientation, housing, schooling, lease negotiations, settling-in etc.) of each transferee and their family.

ii. Be the main point of contact for the transferee and 3rd party / client throughout the life cycle of a file.

iii. Manage timeline process to align with the defined operational procedures with all stakeholders (transferee, 3rd party / client, internal team and external vendors)

iv. Liaise directly with the transferee, 3rd party / client, internal stakeholders and suppliers (ie field consultants, drivers and/or suppliers such as real estate agents) to deliver seamless relocation services

v. Be accountable for the transferee\xe2\x80\x99s file, knowing at all times the status of each service, and remaining within the defined client scope of work until services are completed.

vi. Keep the transferee and 3rd party / client informed and updated of every new development

vii. Reply to any communication from the transferee, 3rd party, internal stakeholders and suppliers within one business day \xe2\x80\x93 or as stipulated in our client service level agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This includes when updates may not contain any new information. This is a commitment to assure clients that you are working on their requests.

viii. Oversee the overall visa application process of each transferee and their family. Includes but not limited to work permits, residence permits, renewals & terminations of permits.

ix. To remain contactable at all times or phone for the client and transferee during business hours.

x. Provide clients with updates on any employment passes / work permits / residence permits that will expire within 3-4 months

xi. Accountable for data integrity and timely updates in client\xe2\x80\x99s technology system (ie ATLAS) \xe2\x80\x93 including timely updates and submissions of client specific forms and documents.

xii. Manage your schedule and reminders so that follow up calls and emails are not delayed. A client and transferee should never have to ask for an update.

Internal facing:

i. Responsible for compliance \xe2\x80\x93 regulatory, contractually and procedurally.

ii. Accountable for data integrity and timely updates in our internal operating system. As well as providing timely and accurate submissions of any internal forms and documents.

iii. Manage the service delivery of all external suppliers, such as field consultants, realtors and drivers, to include providing them clear and concise instructions for the service delivery, as well as expectations from the transferee and client. Also, obtain detailed updates at the end of each day in order for you to provide an update to the 3rd party / client.

iv. Provide updates and responses to the Relocation Manager if service breaks are identified \xe2\x80\x93 within 4 business hours.

v. Ensure invoices are produced within 5 working days of service completion inATOMS.

vi. Ensure to present a professional, friendly image to the public at all times.

vii. Ensure smooth, harmonious and cooperative working relations between the various stakeholders, avoiding tensions and conflicts through superior communication of relevant information.

viii. Provide full support and cooperation to all stakeholders, ensuring that compliance with company plans, policies, and objectives are upheld.

ix. Ensure that the workplace is a clean, healthy, and safe environment to work in.

x. Commit to concise, clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.

xi. Ad hoc duties as required to support the company and your leadership team.
Requirements

-At least completed high school, diploma/degree would be a plus point, at least 2-3 years of working experience

-Excellent
English proficiency is a must, other languages would be a plus point

-Candidates with HR, customer service background would be plus point
