• 1-2 years of proven track record in sales, especially in the e-learning or education technology industry can be beneficial.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools would be advantageous.
• Proficient with MS Office 365.
• Added advantage for candidates with experience in RM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) for efficient data management and customer relationship tracking.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Product & Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the e-learning products and services offered by the company.
• Sales Presentations: Create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the needs and goals of prospective clients.
• Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their requirements and providing relevant solutions.
• Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage marketing materials and campaigns to drive sales.
• Negotiation and closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure deals.
• Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Report and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and deals.
• Market Research: Identify new opportunities for growth and product development based on market research.
• Professional Development: Continuously update knowledge and skills related to e-learning products and sales techniques.
