We have an immediate vacancy as Repair Specialist (12 Months Contract) to be based with our multinational (MNC) client specializing in the Aviation industry. Please note that you will be based in their office in Sepang. Scope of Position :
Manage the repair tracking for the unserviceable parts sent out to suppliers repair stations. Key Responsibilities :
Management of open repair orders dispatched from various warehouses located worldwide to Suppliers based in Asia, Europe and USA.
Management of a portfolio of Suppliers through daily follow-ups, regular conference calls, and on site Suppliers visits.
Accurate update of data into the IT systems commonly used within Fight Hour Services (FHS).
Control that the Suppliers are able to return the units within the agreed timeframe and able to analyze reasons of delays if any.
Review and validate/challenge quotations received from the Suppliers.
Review and validate/reject Standard Exchange, Advance Standard Exchange and Loan offers.
Provide accurate information on the parts status and statistics of operational events to stakeholders, based on Suppliers portfolio. Job Type: Contract
