Bhd Phase 3 , Bayan Lepas, Free Industrial Zone 11900 Penang Malaysia Job Highlights: Attractive Remuneration: RSU + Bonus + Profit Sharing Great career advancement Friendly team members & positive working environment Your New Role: To support wafer test operation To handle wafer sort equipment, setup and maintenance issues To maintain sort equipment, baking oven, wafer sorter, probe cards & tester boards. To assist reviewing and preparing FMEA & spec whenever is needed To assist all auditing To liaise with OEM vendor/ suppliers on problem solving and new setup related issues As a representative of ISO45001, ESD and scheduled wastes committee. Preferred Skills & Knowledge: Experienced in wafer sort production & maintenance in areas related to probing, baking, inking & inspection Competent to handle and fix WS related issues Familiar with automotive spec and auditing requirement Able to do troubleshooting and maintenance of Sort equipment and test system Degree holder in Electronic Engineering with at least 4 years relevant experience
