Key Responsibilities: The Lab Hustle

Hands-On Formulation:

Be the engine behind our formulas! Execute meticulous

bench-scale trials

--from mixing and compounding to refining textures--to create the next generation of KITSUI's serums, masks, and creams.

Stability & Quality Guard:

Run accelerated

stability testing

(think pH, viscosity, and sensory analysis) to guarantee our formulas perform flawlessly from day one to the expiration date. You are the final check on product integrity!

Regulatory Readiness:

Maintain

flawless lab notebooks

and technical records. Help compile the necessary documentation to ensure every KITSUI product meets industry standards before it hits the shelves.

Lab Management:

Keep the R&D lab in sparkling, audit-ready condition. Manage the inventory of precious raw materials and samples, ensuring everything is tracked and accessible.
Requirements: Your Beauty Toolkit

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Applied Science, or a related technical field.

Experience:

Previous hands-on laboratory experience is essential. Direct experience with

cosmetic or skincare formulation

is a huge advantage and puts you first in the queue!

Essential Skills:

Highly precise and meticulous in execution (because one milligram makes a difference!). You must be proactive, self-motivated, and excited by the fast pace of the FMCG beauty industry.
Job Types: Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
