Fresh graduates from diploma / related field or Tourism & Hospitality who are interested to start their career
Or minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position
Require Language(s) (write, read & speak) - English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia (Optional)
Good follow up skill and highly attentive to enquiry
Comfortable working with computer and mobile phone in long hour
Basic computer skill (Outlook, excel, Words and PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
Process and confirm reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations.
Manage changes and cancellations to existing reservations.
Ensure availability and pricing information is current and accurate.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist clients in selecting options and making informed decisions based on their needs.
Handle special requests and accommodations with attention to detail.
Follow up with clients to confirm details and provide necessary information.
Prepare and distribute reservation confirmations, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
Address and resolve booking discrepancies or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments or vendors to ensure a smooth resolution of client concerns.
