To be responsible in providing the most efficient and courteous hotel reservations service and to undertake other duties and responsibilities as required by the Management.
To lead Reservations Agent's Team and ensure their tasks are carried out efficiently.
To work closely with other department especially Front Office and Sales department on request of bookings or special arrangement from guests or group
To be well-versed in all reservations handling and process, understand room inventory control and proficient in operating the various reservations systems
To be familiar with hotel's policies and procedures (SOP).
To be well-versed with the facilities and services offered by the hotel and ability to upsell
To "master" the room product in terms of rates, room details.
To be well knowledge of Rates Structure - corporate, government, travel agent, OTAs rates and etc. in order to provide accurate deals / packages to guest.
To be familiar with the hotel's credit policies to effectively handle and process billing requirements.
To carry out any ad hoc tasks or additional duties given from time to time by the Management.
KEY COMPETENCIES:

Good administration skill and team spirit.
Well verse in IDB system or else training will be provided
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
