to join our dedicated Front Office team and handle room reservations efficiently with great attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Manage and process room reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
Ensure all bookings are recorded accurately in the reservation system
Provide information on room rates, packages, and availability to guests
Coordinate with the Front Office and Sales team for special bookings or group reservations
Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management or related field
Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
Computer literate (experience with hotel IDB systems is a plus)
Organized, attentive, and customer-oriented
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
