Handles guest and employee inquiries courteously and efficiently, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow-up. Supervises the taking of reservations and operates systems by minimum company standards. Fully conversant in the use of the Ezee system. Knowledgeable with Thistle hotels and resorts products to effectively promote them to guests. Keeps abreast with current and future marketing initiatives. Adheres to all company credit policies to ensure all revenue expected will be received. Check daily arrivals to ensure all reservation entries are complete and accurate. Accepts and confirms customers\xe2\x80\x99 requests for accommodation Ensures all wait-listed business is recorded appropriately
