Must possess at least a Diploma either in Hospitality / Hotel Management or its equivalent. At least 1-year working experience in a related field would be an added advantage. Must have good communication skills - written and spoken. : To handle FIT Hotel room reservations. Obtain and confirm telephone, email and all requests for hotel accommodation such as room reservation, amendment and cancellation. To upsell and cross sell alternate room category to help grow business. To monitor on room availability in order to avoid overbooked situation.
