Assist customers in data gathering, port mapping, and documentation updates. Provide on-site support during migration activities. Troubleshoot network issues and ensure a smooth transition. Monitor network performance post-migration and generate reports. Schedule with customer on preventive maintenance activity Perform onsite preventive maintenance activity Generate preventive maintenance report Provide onsite or offsite support to customers Ensure project deployment according to timeline
Key Requirements:
Knowledge of networking protocols, data communication technologies like BGP, OSPF, MPLS, IS-IS, VRF, LLDP, LACP. Understanding of BGP, including types of BGP (eBGP & iBGP), BGP attributes, and their functions Strong troubleshooting skills related to IP networking. Knowledge on firewall design and deployment Experience with Cisco security product Schedule with customer on preventive maintenance activity Perform onsite preventive maintenance activity Update installation ticket in a timely manner in FSMS Perform project deployment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
Experience:
Telco Industry: 5 years (Preferred)
