Job Description


  • To align the supply and demand of labour in the organisation.
  • Work closely with sales, recruitment, and operational teams to provide the right number of employees with the right skills at the right time to align with sales objectives
  • Work collaboratively with HR, recruitment, and operational teams to identify and monitor upcoming workforce needs
  • Monitor employee turnover and track subsequent internal labour movements.
  • Provide recommendations and insights to senior leadership on both current and
predicted states of available labour supply to support growth plans.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in workforce planning, HR Operations, FP&A, analytic, or a
  • related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in forecasting and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
