An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Company is currently hiring for Telemarketing Sales Manager to join the team and based in the Selangor office. You will be responsible to build a Telemarketing specialist team for the APAC region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Having over 5 years of people management and leadership experience within CRM, ERP and other IT Software industry
- Having an entrepreneurship spirit to build and grow a brand new Telemarketing specialist team
- Build and meet the account regional growth targets set by the management team covering the APAC region
- Coach and mentor Telemarketing specialist on daily operations as well as career development
- Create and maintain both cold/warm leads and target lists for potential new customers
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
