Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Personalities of open-minded, outspoken and outgoing, good interpersonal skill.
Effective staffing, leadership and management skills required.
Responsibilities
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
Maintain excellent relationships with employees and customers as well as other departments within the operation.
Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
Take measures to ensure safety, health and cleanliness of the F&B operation, food presentation, and food handling are well maintained at all times.
Report to the management on all F&B matters, including sales results, productivity, and outlet issues.
Assist in the planning and implementation of new ideas and menu specifications, working closely with the kitchen unit to ensure IT follow guidelines and meets customer expectation.
Responsible for cashier reports, cash transactions, cash reconciliation and supervise check out function at POS system.
Manpower planning to ensure efficient manpower utilization with consideration on peak period demands and succession planning.
Perform other duties which are requested by the company.
