Requirements

• Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification or equivalent.
• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and maintaining accurate records.
• Experience operating Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing and payment transactions.
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Basic understanding of inventory management principles to assist with stock monitoring and replenishment.
• Ability to accurately process various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
• Handling customers table reservation

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer orders and payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Handle cash and other payment methods (credit/debit cards, mobile payments) with precision, maintaining a balanced cash drawer and adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station, ensuring a tidy and presentable workspace.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of items near the cashier station (e.g., condiments, napkins) and informing the relevant staff when replenishment is needed.
• Handling customers table reservation
