Requirements
Candidates must possess at least SPM.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
No prior experience required, but experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage.
Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Good teamwork skills and willingness to learn.
Basic communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia and/or English; other languages are a plus).
Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently.
Provide menu recommendations and answer any customer inquiries about the dishes.
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, neat, and well-organized.
Assist in preparing and packing takeaway or delivery orders.
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service.
Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the supervisor if necessary.
Operate the cash register and process payments when required.
Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up tables and cleaning the restaurant.
