Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Tanggungjawab Responsibility
To execute daily operations for food prep and service.
Ensure daily operations run smoothly and in line with company policies and management directives.
Support the team in maintaining productivity and service flow.
Communicate clearly, constructively, and consistently with team members and management.
Conduct daily stock checks and assist with monthly stock takes.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
Uphold and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all tasks.
Maintain a high standard of service, efficiency, and sanitation.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
