Responsibilities
  • Manage the Chinese Restaurant outlet as a successful independent profit centre.
  • Ensure maximum guest satisfaction consistent with Hotel Standards.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and control the food and beverage operation and administration.
  • Coordinate daily restaurant management operations.
  • Deliver superior Food & Beverage Service and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
  • Implement policies and protocols to maintain future restaurant operations.
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
