- Manage the Chinese Restaurant outlet as a successful independent profit centre.
- Ensure maximum guest satisfaction consistent with Hotel Standards.
- Plan, organize, direct, and control the food and beverage operation and administration.
- Coordinate daily restaurant management operations.
- Deliver superior Food & Beverage Service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
- Implement policies and protocols to maintain future restaurant operations.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
