Job Responsibility The ability to effectively train others on all aspects of the restaurant operations. Manage restaurants good image and suggest ways to improve IT. Hire and train new staff Ensure that customers are satisfied with food and service Job Requirements 3-5 years of food and beverage service industry experience required. Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparations, purchasing, sanitation and healthy codes and security. Strong interpersonal and communications skills Excellent leadership skills Someone who loves to motivate, lead and their team. Someone who focuses on providing an exceptional guest experience and positive working environment for their team.
