• Min proven 3 years experience in restaurant management or a related field, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to drive results; Those have experience in hotel management will be added advantage.
• Prefer Mandarin speaker
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with staff, customers, and vendors effectively.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and the ability to address any issues promptly and professionally.
• Familiarity with various aspects of restaurant management, including food and beverage service, kitchen operations, and front-of-house procedures.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and handle challenges in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.

Tanggungjawab

• Ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant, including managing staff, handling customer service, and monitoring overall performance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of professionalism.
• Monitor and control restaurant expenses, revenue, and profitability, including budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the chef to design and update the menu, oversee inventory control, and ensure the availability of necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Implement and maintain strict health and safety standards, ensuring the restaurant meets all regulatory requirements and follows best practices.
