DUKE FUSION KITCHEN Role & Responsibilities: -Coordinating daily restaurant operations. -Delivering superior service and maximizing customer satisfaction. -Responding accurately and efficiently to customer complaints. -Reviewing product quality on daily basis and research new vendors. -Organize and supervise shifts. -Estimating future needs for goods, cleaning products and kitchen utensils -Ensuring sanitation and safety regulations. -Manage restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s good image and suggest and implementing ways to improve it. -Making daily detailed reports on revenues and expenses. -Ensure beverage station and products are fully loaded to fit daily operations. -Create new recipe based on customers\' preferences/enjoyment. -Train and manage beverage station waiter/waitress to deliver most optimal customer\'s experience Requirement: Have 3-4 years of relevant working experience in food & beverage industry Benefits: 1) Transport Allowance Salary: RM6,000 - RM6,500
